Flowing Darkness

It has always been a dream to wear that black flowing satin, draped around my curves.

Ruffles on them adding a dreaming look.

Tassel Bag

Used to scribble illustrations on paper a lot,

right from when I was a kid.

Behind the school notebooks, textbooks and have been caught doodling in lectures.

Well I am not regretting it cause this where all that doodling and scribbling has led to.

Fashion Illustrations, my two passions put together!

Absolute obsession with Fashion and great interest in sketching combined with a smart phone. :)

The first illustration is something that is on top of my Wishlist. :)

But now that it's raining on my side of the world have to wait till monsoon is over to buy a tassel bag!

Will be putting up more illustrations.

Watermelon Mojito

Ingredients:

8 oz light rum
3 cups watermelon, cubed
10-14 large mint leaves
2 tbsp sugar
juice of 1 1/2 lime

Directions:

Blend watermelon cubes until smooth. Add light rum and 1/2 cup ice. Blend.

In a small pitcher, combine mint leaves, sugar, and fresh lime juice. Using the handle of a wooden spoon, muddle the ingredients to release the oils from the mint. Do not muddle so that the leaves fall apart.

Fill four tall Collins glasses with cube ice. Add watermelon mixture to the pitcher. Stir. Divide the mojito amongst the glasses. Garnish with lime wheel and mint sprigs.
