Dress & Denim Shirt: Guess | Shoes, Bag Accessories: Nine West

I was really excited when Nine West shortlisted me for their #9WBloggerHunt contest,

Which fashion lover lets go a chance of styling a look from Mango, Guess and Nine West?
Surely not me.

It was too much fun trying on different looks at Guess and Mango.

I, finally, settled for something that is very much me, rather than just blindly following any trend. I zeroed down on a classic and well cut little black dress and added the denim shirt for the 90's look.

The eye makeup by an expert at Inglot did complete justice to the grunge theme I had in my mind. And ofcourse the Stars of the look are the Nine West shoes, Bag and Accessories!

P.S. I have totally fallen for that golden bag, was happy I could parade it around. So wanted to bring it home. ;)

I tend to romanticize the past, the age without the crazy speed. Where 2G and 3G didn't matter.

And I guess that's where my obsession with black and white can be traced to.

This Je t'aime pencil skirt from Forever21 is one of the fav pieces in my wardrobe.

It flatters my body type and works for semi formal as well as casual settings. The wedges enhances the flow of the outfit.

And ofcourse this bag happens to be the best fit for this look.

The entire outfit is minutely put together but the beauty of it is that it appears so effortless.

And summer calls for more such black & white, easy going outfits.

Romancing these nautical colors this summer.

The combination of Red, Navy blue, white and khakhi looks so good.
And the anchor print, fell in love with this high-low breezy skirt the very moment I laid my eyes on it. And I was glad to find the perfect location to go with this outfit here in Mumbai. :)

I just attended a friend's wedding
and finally wore that one ethnic lehenga I had in my wardrobe.

I hardly shop for ethnic dresses or lehengas thinking I just won't be wearing them,

Can't way to lay my hands on this number and style it is.

And this epic lehenga is a photographer's dream!

Head over heels in love with it's color and the intricate work. It is just fabulous.
