Tattoos are such a rage all around the world, there are so many different kinds.
But in the entire craze, aren’t we forgetting the Henna Tattoo so deeply rooted in our culture? So here’s Craftsvilla celebrating the ageless beauty of Mehendi.
Join them and stand a chance to win Rs 1 Lakh.
Here’s how I am celebrating,
I have created 3 looks that go amazingly well with this Henna art form.
THE COCKTAIL LOOK
This evening look, with a plain saree and Victorian floral blouse is definitely glam.
The studded earrings and clutch complement the simplicity of the saree just too well.
Now let’s take this look up a notch!
One of these mehendi designs on your back, showing through that dreamy blouse, will totally make you stand out.
I would go for the peacock feather one if you ask me. What about you?
OFFICE ETHNICS
We are so lucky to have sarees and kurtis considered as formal wear, gives us so much scope to experiment. I totally think that this grayish white stand collar kurta is a corporate dresser’s dream. Makes such a strong statement! Now we style it up with some statement henna tattoo (mehendi), silver kolhapuris and blue crystals.
I think such geometric mehandidesign totally go for the work scenes.
CASUAL CHIC
You think mehendi isn’t for you because you are not a saree or a kurtikinda girl?
Well, you yougotta rethink. I believe some casual & modern designs in form of henna tattoo will work wonderfully with your laid back looks too.
For example, for this tropical bodycon dress paired with sneakers & glares, I will go for this super chic ying-yang design on my arm or ankle may be!
There are actually so many ways and designs to experiment for your casual outfits;
I am getting all excited just thinking about it. ;)
So if you try any one of these don’t forget to submit your Mehendi Moment on Craftsvilla.
We would love to check it out.
